I'd certainly love to do that Sam but I've only rendered these recent ones at 2048x2048 pixels so it doesn't really seem worth it. I'd need to sort out some hosting too.
I have tried to upload some higher res stuff to picasa, but when I upped some 8k's they only came through at 4k. They're in the '4ks' gallery, you can use the little 'download' link to get the high res image if you're keen to check out the detail :)
Thanks for the suggestion! those zoomify images are awesome, I love the ones you've done!
Ok... if you want to try, here is the utility to slice the image: http://zoomify.com/ They also have a viewer which I find very bad. This one is better: http://openzoom.org/ About hosting, I'm not sure about free one. But I'm using http://greengeeks.com/ which I found quite cheap and very reliable (except one major problem, once). They offer "unlimited space"... I'm not sure what that means, but now I have about 23GB on my website, and they don't mind. :)
What about displaying all these beautiful pictures as zoomable images ? :)
