As you can see from the name it is a relatively young one (3rd generation since starting a fresh setup).
It's a Nova (Mandelbrot), real power 2.0 and relaxation fairly high (like 3.0 or something) Inside and outside colorings are the same - just exponential smoothing.
The setup includes a ramp of layers with iterations ranging from about 20 to 40, with some higher (ie 60-80) iteration layers on top to add the super-detail.
A similar setup to the above has been used to make the following fractals:
